# Get tenXXX Token

tenXXX are not the Teneo token.

1. Choose your from token at the swap ([click here](/teneo-finance/interface-guide/swap.md) for more explaination)
2. Fill in "from" the amount you want.&#x20;
3. "To" will be calculated automatically.
